1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Partners Website.

1.4. These Terms are intended to define the rules of using the Partners Website and do not, by themselves, create a partnership agreement or guarantee any business relationship.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Partners Website is intended for individuals and entities interested in cooperating with the Company, including real estate agents, brokers, consultants, and other business partners.

2.2. By using the Partners Website, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. PARTNER APPLICATIONS AND REFERRALS

4.1. You may submit an application or inquiry through the Partners Website. We may request additional information to assess potential cooperation.

4.2. Submitting an application does not obligate the Company to approve you as a partner or to enter into any agreement.

4.3. Any commission, referral fee, or reward (if applicable) will be governed by a separate written agreement, policy, or terms communicated to you by the Company.

5. COMMUNICATIONS (INCLUDING WHATSAPP)

5.1. By providing your phone number (including WhatsApp) or email, you authorize the Company to contact you regarding your application, cooperation inquiries, and related service/transactional communications.

5.2. Where permitted by law, the Company may send informational and marketing messages about the partner program, services, events, and updates. You can opt out at any time by:

• (a) emailing support@shellgrow.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject; and/or
• (b) using the opt-out method described in the message (e.g., replying “STOP” in WhatsApp where applicable).

5.3. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service/transactional messages necessary to respond to your application or manage an existing relationship.

6. PROHIBITED USE

6.1. You agree not to use the Partners Website:

• (a) in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• (b) to submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content;
